Summary:
As a Salesforce Service Cloud Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. Your typical day will involve working with Salesforce Service Cloud, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure Salesforce Service Cloud to meet business process and application requirements, utilizing declarative tools and custom code as needed.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce Service Cloud and other systems, utilizing APIs and middleware tools.
- Ensure the quality of Salesforce Service Cloud applications through testing, debugging, and troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud architecture and data model.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configuration, including workflows, process builder, and validation rules.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
- Solid grasp of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
