This is a functional role that will be part of our Delivery organization with the following responsibility:
The Salesforce Quality Analyst is an instrumental member of a project team, helping to ensure that a solution is fit for end user's needs. QA works closely with the project team to review functional and non-functional requirements, while keeping a user's perspective in mind. Specific areas of concentration include:
Testing Expertise -
Collaborate with business analysts and the development teams to gather test requirements, define test plans, design test cases and execute the tests to deliver high quality projects
Develop and maintain automated test scripts to reduce repetitive manual testing
Develop and execute manual and automated test suites
Own Smoke/Sanity/Regression testing and related activities during project lifecycle
Support the full lifecycle of UAT execution both internally and externally
Nice to have : Experience in Automation using Selenium, Java, Cucumber and Rest API
Functional Salesforce Aptitude -
Ensure business requirements are mapped to the functional specifications and have sufficient test coverage
Perform functional & non functional testing in Salesforce application as part of QA, SIT and UAT activities
Team Communication & Client Engagement -
Describe defects so that developers can fix the bugs/defects/enhancements efficiently
Assist customer with UAT testing as needed
Identify issues and write detailed bug reports during the project development cycle
Collaborate with teams to identify process improvement strategies and develop effective testing solutions
Work closely with various resources to perform and validate test cases based on project requirements, and recommend changes to predetermined quality guidelines.
Recommend, implement, and monitor corrective actions to ensure quality assurance standards are achieved

: Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant // Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant // Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant // Salesforce Health Cloud Accreditation
Qualifications -
Minimum of 1+ years of professional experience
Proven experience writing and executing test cases based on business requirements
Should have experience in working in a team in an agile environment
