We're looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with strong experience in
Salesforce and web application testing
. You'll be responsible for designing and executing manual test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce and web applications.
Test Salesforce Cloud objects, workflows, and integrations.
Perform functional, regression, and UI testing for web platforms.
Log, track, and close defects while collaborating with developers and BAs.
Create and maintain test plans, cases, and execution reports.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
Support automation teams in script validation and test result analysis.
Ensure QA best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes.
Required Skills:
4+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in Salesforce testing.
Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, data models, workflows).
Hands-on experience in web testing across browsers and responsive designs.
Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, TestNG).
Experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP UI).
* Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing concepts
