The Quality Assurance Consultant will serve as the internal CRM system's technical SME and Quality Assurance Lead. In this role, you will have the potential to have a significant impact on LotusBudh Professional Services. A huge team of in-house Salesforce experts will rely on your Leadership, and you'll become a visionary for the platform as It expands throughout the divisions. Using Salesforce best practices and your technical Quality Assurance abilities, you'll lead major projects across one or more SalesForce teams in an Agile environment from start to finish. Your Mentorship and eventual management of highly competent people is also part of the package.

The ideal applicant is detail-oriented and capable of managing and prioritizing many requests from a significant user base. The Perfect applicant will have extensive CRM experience in all technical and functional areas and good BI skills.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Hands on Automation experience
  
  
  
• CI/CD pipeline knowledge using Copado tech stack
  
  
  
• Responsible for test data flow documentation
  
  
  
• Test management in MTM
  
  
  
• Document QA test planning and test cases Report and track issues/bugs in QA environment
  
  
  
• Proactive flexible individual with high energy; leading and good communication skills
  
  
  
• Utilize proven approaches to Implement new business capability or Improve operational performance throughout the entire project lifecycle from charter definition to benefit realization
  
  
• Provide options to businesses requirements with analysis of each option and recommendations
  
  
  
• Determine, present, and gain approval from decision makers and stakeholders of all deliverables as required (e.g., charter, business case, design directions and recommendations, requirements, roadmaps, etc.)
  
  
• Manage the Salesforce system's strategic direction and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to design and execute best practices for system configuration, automated testing, unit testing, Regression testing, maintenance, access restrictions, and data integrity.
  
  
  
• Salesforce.com Installs and Modifications might benefit from the expertise of solution architects.
  
  
  
• CRM specialists and Stakeholders work together to design customized solutions that Meet the needs of the organization.
  
  
  
• Take up the role of mentor for other Salesforce PMBAs and show the way
  
  
  
• Enhance Salesforce by identifying methods to use it more effectively for business processes.
  
  
  
• From beginning to finish, Oversee huge projects using an agile methodology.
  
  
  
• Oversee a group of Salesforce experts who answer to you.
  
  

Requirements

Skills:

Education, Technical Experience (Required) :

• 
  Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent in experience).
  
  
  
• 4+ years experience in CI/CD implementation & roll-outs
  
  
  
• 2+ years Experience in Salesforce platform (Configuration or Development) along with understanding of integration to/from Salesforce
  
  
  
• 2+ years experience in automation of repeated tasks and improving efficiency
  
  
  
• Experience on an Agile Scrum project delivered under Continuous Delivery / DevOps is preferred.
  
  
  
• Selenium Frameworks using C# and NUnit with MS-Test; Selenium grid
  
  

Non-Technical Skills:

• 
  Self-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise
  with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
  
  

Professional Certifications:

• 
  
• Salesforce Release Tool certification (Copado/ Flosum) (Preferred)
