Modernize PM Workflow - Shift to a 2-tier system (low/high touch).
ADT Milestone Separation - Separate project tracking for additional deployment services.
Digitize Contact Verification - Replace free-text with validated contact fields.
Automate Install Base Updates - Use EPS APIs for accuracy and speed.
Automate Partner Dispatch Notes - Pull data from FinancialForce.
Partner Access to EPS - Automate partner assignment and onboarding.
Design Status Sync - Sync approval statuses between FF and EPS.
Attachment Tagging - Tag/filter project files in FinancialForce.
FF Request Cleanup - Auto-populate fields and remove outdated templates.
