Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager with a strong background in Wealth Management to lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will combine project leadership skills with hands-on Salesforce expertise to ensure successful delivery of CRM and digital transformation initiatives for our wealth management client.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) within the wealth management domain. Work closely with wealth advisors, operations, compliance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Provide hands-on configuration of Salesforce (flows, reports, dashboards, security, data model enhancements and customisation) where needed. Oversee system integrations with wealth management platforms (portfolio management, KYC/AML, document management, e-signature, core banking, Fintech systems). Manage full project lifecycle -- RFP, requirements discovery, design, build, testing, UAT, deployment, and support. Define and maintain project plans, sprints, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. Drive data migration, data quality initiatives, and compliance (KYC, AML, regulatory reporting). Ensure user adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives. Coordinate with Salesforce developers, admins, and third-party vendors for successful project execution. Deliver dashboards and analytics tailored for relationship managers, advisors, and compliance officers.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
10+ years of experience with expertise in IT project management and Salesforce Platform.
Strong domain expertise in Wealth Management / Financial Services (client onboarding, KYC/AML, financial planning, portfolio reporting). Hands-on Salesforce configuration skills (Flows, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards, Security, Permission Sets). Hands-on Salesforce customisation skills (Apex, LWC, VF, Aura, Triggers, Batch Processes). Good to have experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). Experience managing system integrations, data migrations, and AppExchange solutions. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies; PMP/Agile certifications are a plus. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
