Job Title: Salesforce Project Manager
Location: Noida (Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead and deliver Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The role requires strong project management expertise, stakeholder coordination, and hands-on experience managing Salesforce delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects including planning, execution, delivery, and support
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, admins, QA, and offshore/onshore teams
• Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices
• Track project status and provide regular reports to leadership
• Manage change requests and ensure quality deliverables

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as Salesforce Project Manager
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and integrations
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certification (Admin / PM / Scrum Master preferred)
• Experience working with global or US-based clients
