Qualifications:
? Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Salesforce solutions design and implementation with at least 3 years in a pre-sales architect role, preferably in a consulting environment.
? Salesforce Expertise: Deep understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, and Lightning Platform. Certification in Salesforce (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
? Solution Design & Architecture: Proven experience in architecting Salesforce solutions that integrate with third-party systems and meet complex business requirements.
? Client-Facing Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.
? Pre-Sales Experience: Experience conducting client workshops, requirement gathering, solution scoping, and delivering compelling product demos and presentations.
? Consulting Mindset: Ability to think strategically, analyze business needs, and propose solutions that provide long-term value.
? Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of integration, data migration, and security best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
? Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and product teams.
? Agile Experience: Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project delivery is a plus
