TechParrot Innovations is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Platform Architect to lead and deliver comprehensive Salesforce implementations across various domains. You will drive digital transformation initiatives, architect scalable solutions, and ensure alignment with client business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of 3-4 concurrent Salesforce projects, including digital and business transformation programs.
Architect and develop robust, scalable, and customized Salesforce solutions covering multiple clouds.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and development teams to translate requirements into effective technical architectures.
Oversee the full development lifecycle including design reviews, quality assurance, deployment, and support.
Recommend optimizations, redesigns, and enhancements to improve system performance and usability.
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Coordinate with internal teams and partner vendors to ensure seamless integration and successful project execution.
Your Profile
Strong expertise in multiple Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, or Financial Services Cloud).
Deep understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Proven experience designing enterprise-grade Salesforce architectures and managing technical teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and client management skills.
