About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce OmniStudio/Vlocity solutions including

FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures

, and

DataRaptors

. Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Develop integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Ensure system scalability, performance, and quality through effective testing and optimization. Maintain technical documentation and contribute to best practices across the team.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum

3 years

of hands-on experience with

Salesforce

, particularly

OmniStudio/Vlocity

. Demonstrated experience in

at least 2 successful Salesforce projects

. Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certified

Salesforce OmniStudio Developer

PD1

, and

PD2

. Understanding of Agile project management and DevOps tools like Jira, Git, Jenkins. Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) is a plus.
