About the Role



We are seeking an experienced

Salesforce Multi-Cloud Administrator

to manage and optimize Salesforce environments across

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Loyalty Management, Experience Cloud

, and related integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and functional understanding of Salesforce, with hands-on experience in administration, configuration, automation, and deployment across multiple Salesforce clouds.

Key Responsibilities



Own and manage all aspects of

Salesforce system administration

, including configuration, user setup, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Administer and optimize multiple Salesforce Clouds --

Sales, Service, Loyalty Management, Experience Cloud

, and integrations with

Marketing Cloud

and

Data Cloud

. Design and implement

automation solutions

using

Flow Builder

,

Process Builder

, and

Workflow Rules

to streamline business processes. Manage

data models

, objects, validation rules, and page layouts to ensure consistency and efficiency. Perform

data migration and maintenance

using tools such as

Data Loader

and

Jetstream

. Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via

REST/SOAP APIs

. Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, prioritize changes, and support project rollouts. Support

Agile/Scrum

delivery by tracking work items, defects, and enhancements using

Jira

and

Confluence

. Maintain

documentation

, monitor system health, and manage platform updates and releases.

Required Skills & Experience



5-7 years

of hands-on experience as a

Salesforce Administrator

with exposure to

multi-cloud environments

. Proven expertise in

Sales Cloud

,

Service Cloud

,

Experience Cloud

, and

Loyalty Management

; familiarity with

Marketing Cloud

and

Data Cloud

integrations preferred. Strong working knowledge of

Salesforce automation tools

,

data migration

,

user management

, and

security models

. Proficiency in

REST/SOAP APIs

and integration frameworks. Experience with

Jira

,

Confluence

, and Agile methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Certifications



Salesforce Certified Administrator

(mandatory). Additional certifications such as

Service Cloud Consultant

,

Loyalty Management Consultant

, or

Marketing Cloud Administrator

are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
