Our global ecosystem powers accessible digital learning and academic achievement.PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead Consultant to lead and drive our Salesforce Marketing Cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, customer journey orchestration, data management, and campaign execution. This role requires strong technical proficiency, leadership, and strategic thinking to enhance customer engagement and optimize marketing automation strategies.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, configurations, and customizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, and Social Studio.
• Implement and manage Marketing Cloud Connect to integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM.
• Utilize SQL, AMPscript, and REST/SOAP APIs to create personalized and automated marketing campaigns.
• Define segmentation strategies and data models to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics to measure campaign success.
• Provide training and guidance to marketing and technical teams on best practices.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to industry regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Requirements

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification (mandatory).
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud Studios (Email, Mobile, Social, Web, and Advertising).
• Expertise in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, and Segmentation.
• Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, HTML, and JavaScript for campaign customization.
• Experience with API integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of marketing automation, personalization, and customer lifecycle strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

Additional Qualifications:

• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer, Pardot Consultant).
• Experience with Datorama, Interaction Studio, and Einstein AI.
• Prior experience in a leadership or team management role.
