We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Developer with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to support and execute Marketing Cloud migration projects.
Role Purpose: The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, proven experience in migrating assets, data, and automations, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition with minimal business disruption. Validate migrated assets to ensure data integrity, performance, and functional accuracy. Perform pre- and post-migration testing and support UAT.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize emails using HTML, CSS, and AMPscript
• Build and optimize Journeys using Journey Builder
• Create and manage Automations in Automation Studio
• Write and optimize AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL queries
• Work with Contact Builder, Data Designer, and data models
• Support integrations with CRM (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud) and external systems
• Handle API-based data imports/exports where required
• Manage data hygiene, deduplication, and subscriber key strategies
• Document migration approach, technical designs, and deployment steps
• Provide production support and resolve post-migration issues

Skill Requirements:
Must-Have

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong experience in Marketing Cloud migrations
• Expertise in: AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Contact Builder

Good-to-Have

• Experience with Salesforce CRM integration
• Knowledge of SSJS
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Marketing Cloud Connect
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (preferred, not mandatory)
