Key Responsibilities:
Design and execute end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns using SFMC.
Develop and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder.
Build and manage email templates, landing pages, and SMS campaigns.
Set up and manage data extensions, audience segmentation, and data imports.
Implement automation workflows through Automation Studio.
Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other external systems (APIs, connectors).
Conduct A/B testing, monitor KPIs, and generate performance reports.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.
Maintain email deliverability and compliance with privacy laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
Troubleshoot issues and continuously optimize campaign performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong knowledge of SFMC modules: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder.
Proficiency in
HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and SQL
for personalization and scripting.
Experience in API integration and working with REST/SOAP APIs is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with experience using campaign performance metrics.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are preferred (e.g.,
Email Specialist, Developer, Consultant
).
Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other Salesforce tools such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CDP.
Familiarity with marketing analytics and customer segmentation strategies.
Exposure to agile development methodologies.
