We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud specialist for a part-time freelance role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with expertise in managing campaigns, configuring journeys, and optimizing marketing processes. This position offers flexible hours and remote work.
Responsibilities:

• Configure and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio.
• Design and execute targeted email and marketing automation campaigns.
• Analyze and optimize customer journeys to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness and user experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of marketing automation, audience segmentation, and data management.
• Proficiency in configuring email templates, journeys, and automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent analytical skills to track, measure, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
