Application Analyst - Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Primary) / Health Cloud

Experience Required: 5+ years (including 3+ years in IT)

Work Mode: 1-2 days/month to client's office

Working Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of non-clinical applications, from small service requests to large project implementations. Assist with system troubleshooting, application implementations, and coordination of software updates. Participate in system testing and validation, including development and maintenance of testing protocols and coordination with end users. Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support system functionality and ensure stable application performance. Work cross-functionally to ensure the software application remains stable, optimized, and functional. Develop and maintain documentation for system support; ensure compliance with established change management processes. Participate in an on-call rotation, providing immediate response during off-hours when required. Maintain and continuously expand knowledge in all relevant systems and applications through cross-training and self-education.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of IT experience, with demonstrated ability to support enterprise applications. Proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.). Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud is a strong advantage. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Solid understanding of operational workflows supported by IT applications. Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology solutions with business goals. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and adaptable to rapidly changing environments. Experience in application/system design, configuration, documentation, and testing. Familiarity with ITIL or similar change management methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Consultant) are highly desirable. Experience working in healthcare or related industries. Understanding of HIPAA, data privacy, and compliance-related requirements.

Contract length: 6 - 12 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
