Job Description

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic marketing team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, deploy, and optimize cross-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build and manage complex customer journeys and workflows using Journey Builder and Automation Studio. Design and execute personalized email marketing campaigns using Email Studio. Create dynamic and data-driven content using AMPscript, HTML, and SQL. Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other platforms for seamless data flow and automation. Maintain audience segmentation strategies to ensure targeted campaign delivery. Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Ensure marketing practices comply with data privacy and CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations. Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and sales teams to align campaign strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Strong expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Mobile Studio. Proficiency in AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SQL. Experience integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and third-party platforms. Solid understanding of marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and project management skills. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification(s) preferred.

Nice to Have:

Experience with additional Salesforce products (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud). Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologie
