Qualifications:


o Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology or related field.


o X+ or more years of software development experience and multicloud architecture experience


o Experience with Trigger, Apex, Lightning Web Components/Aura Components, and managed packages, and strong hands-on experience in development practices.


o Experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including creating Salesforce flows, entry-criteria/profiles, and data migrations


o Demonstrated ability to create flows, modify objects, create custom objects, write Apex, triggers and integrate API services using an IDE/VisualSourceCode/Codebuilder.


o Demonstrated understanding of differing integration patterns.


o Hands on experience with Omni Script, Flex card UI framework, Data raptor Extract/Load/Transform and Integration procedure.


o Design and develop complex integrations between Vlocity and external systems, including CRM, ERP, and other enterprise applications.


o Leverage Vlocity Integration tools, such as DataRaptor and Vlocity Connect, to build robust and efficient data exchange mechanisms.


o Implement data mapping, transformation, and validation processes for seamless data flow between systems.


o Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data integrity and system stability.


o Proven experience developing and implementing Vlocity integrations with various external systems.


o Experience with data mapping, transformation, and validation processes.


o Proficiency in API integrations, including REST and SOAP protocols.


o Design and develop user-friendly and visually appealing OmniScript flows for various business processes, including quoting, onboarding, and customer service.


o Utilize OmniScript components, such as actions, data sources, and controls, to create dynamic and interactive user interfaces.


o Implement validation rules, error handling, and conditional logic to ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.


o Optimize OmniScript performance and ensure a smooth user experience across different devices and browsers.


o Experience with system integrations involving Salesforce.com web services (JSON, SOAP), as well as Vlocity Integration Procedure.


o Develop Apex (classes and triggers) to extend Salesforce to business requirements.


o Custom User Interface development, including Lightning pages and Web Components.


o Integrate additional business applications to Salesforce (such as DocuSign/Emplifi/Medialla/GCP/Mulesoft).


o Collaborating with Ford IT /Development teams to integrate Salesforce across the business.


o Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development. Extend those best practices across Ford organizations.


o Adhere to established development practices and processes in Ford development teams.


o Take ownership of release cycles to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.


o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


o Strong communication and collaboration skills.
