Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Lead Developer with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,
and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and
development of scalable Salesforce solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior
developers.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud solutions. Develop complex Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce pages. Design scalable and reusable components aligned with best practices in Salesforce architecture. Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce development standards. Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and ensure quality delivery. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft). Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide accurate technical estimates and timelines. Stay up to date with Salesforce platform enhancements and proactively suggest improvements.

6+ years of Salesforce development experience with at least 2+ years as a lead. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations. Advanced proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, and SOSL. Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules. Experience with Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP), Salesforce Connect, and Named Credentials. Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, SFDX). Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Salesforce certifications such as: Experience with deployment tools and sandbox management.

Pay: ₹421,653.56 - ₹2,982,067.59 per year
