Responsibilities & Duties

Own business architecture for one or more domains (Sales, Service, Automotive Finance like processes, Partner/Dealer Experience).
Lead discovery and documentation for financial services journeys: Lead/Referral Application/Origination Underwriting/Credit Decision Disbursement/Booking Servicing (payments, statements, requests) Collections/RecoveryClosure/End-of-Term. Define To-Be journeys and product roadmaps, align with architectural guardrails and compliance (GDPR etc). Lead discovery workshops, story mapping, and scope management, drive cross-stream dependencies. Engage with product owners, market users and translate the requirements into implementable designs, wireframes. Define data migration scope, reconciliation rules, and cutover success criteria, support SIT/UAT and readiness. Operate as proxy PO as needed, prioritize backlog, define release goals, manage value realization. Guide change management, training strategy, and adoption KPIs.

Qualification

9 - 12 years business analyst experience with multiple enterprise Salesforce programs, demonstrated ownership of complex backlogs and integrations. Comfortable engaging with senior business stakeholders and translating to implementable designs.

Special Skills, Knowledge & Abilities


End-to-end traceability (Req Design Test DefectRelease) and NFR capture. KPI mindset, ability to define and instrument business outcomes. Excellent facilitation, negotiation, and executive storytelling.
Enterprise-grade requirements management, NFR capture, and end-to-end traceability (Req TestDefect). Strong data & integration understanding (APIs, payloads, error codes, SLAs, id-mapping for migration). Metrics mindset: define success KPIs (cycle time, CSAT, FCR, adoption) and reporting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive storytelling.
Qualifikationen
Education

BE/Btech Bachelor's required & MBA or equivalent preferred. Salesforce Business Analyst/Administrator; Agile (PO/PM/Scrum) credentials are a plus.
