Role: Salesforce Integration Lead



Exp Range: 6-10yrs



Location: Mumbai



Must Have:


Lead and manage end-to-end Salesforce projects

Minimum 5 years of integration experience as a Salesforce Integration consultant

Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products

Sound understanding of integration architecture standards, technologies and middleware platforms.

Design, build, and maintain integration processes between Salesforce.com, on-prem applications, external data sources, and cloud services.

Collect requirements and develop integrations between Salesforce.com and other applications based on batch, near real-time, and real-time integration patterns.

Architect, design, and develop advanced custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming

Hands-on design and development of custom solutions on the Force.com platform including declarative customization, APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Components, data modeling, integration, and data migration

Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions and articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality

Develop custom solutions and interfaces leveraging the Salesforce platform, Integrate with third-party applications and other Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.

Lead the technical delivery of Salesforce implementati ons including development of custom solutions and interfaces, managing technical scope and client expectation, and maintaining system integrity


Design and develop data load processes, point-to-point interfaces or integrations through middleware platforms as per project requirement or as per client's IT standards.


Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including design specifications, deployment guides, and system support guides

Ensure the Salesforce system aligns with business processes and collaborate with stakeholders to continually improve and further optimize the system

Perform code reviews for ongoing projects to ensure that code quality is at the highest level possible and appropriate design patterns are being used
