- Act as the primary point of contact for the project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Analyze business requirements and develop solutions using Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Salesforce Field Service Lightning and related technologies, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
