Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud professional to design, build, and optimize Experience Portals for clinicians, providers, and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce declarative tools, Salesforce core clouds, and front-end development using Lightning Web Components, along with hands-on experience in integrating external systems.



Key Responsibilities



Design and develop Experience Cloud portals for clinicians and providers, ensuring seamless user journeys and secure access. Configure Salesforce declarative tools including Flows, Process Builder, Experience Builder, and other automation features. Implement complex business processes using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) as needed. Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with external systems using Salesforce APIs, REST/SOAP web services, and third-party connectors. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, Business Analysts) to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure Experience Cloud sites follow security best practices, performance guidelines, and responsive UI standards. Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, grooming, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to portals, components, integrations, and automation workflows. Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement best practices across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Platform.


Required Skills & Experience



Hands-on experience building Experience Cloud portals (clinician/provider portals preferred). Proficiency in Salesforce declarative tools (Flows, PB, Experience Builder). Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and middleware. Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Platform. Strong coding experience in: Apex Visualforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
