Job Title: Salesforce Developer

Roles & Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, functional solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, LWC, SOAP, and REST APIs.
Lead the migration from Legacy Chat to Enhanced Chat, ensuring a seamless user and customer experience.
Design and implement Omni-Channel and Omni-Flow configurations to streamline customer service workflows.
Perform deployment, testing, and documentation of Salesforce features, enhancements, and integrations.
Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define and implement requirements.
Train and support end-users to ensure smooth adoption and optimal usage of Salesforce features.
Investigate, scope, and implement epics and backlog items, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
Participate in technical design reviews, sprint planning, and architectural discussions.
Maintain high code quality through best practices, code reviews, and effective unit test classes.
Develop, configure, and customize Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, including case management, chat setups, and related integrations. Job Requirements
5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience using Apex, Visualforce, LWC/Aura, JavaScript, HTML, REST/SOAP APIs.
2+ years of experience creating Flows.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Omni-Channel and Live Agent Chat.
2+ years of strong experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proven ability to lead Enhanced Chat migration within Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
Experience designing, building, and deploying Enhanced Chat, including Omni-Channel and Omni-Flow configurations.
Strong experience in deployment, integration, testing, and documentation of Salesforce solutions.
Ability to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-performance solutions in line with Salesforce best practices.
