As a Salesforce Developer or Administrator, the fresher will be part of a dynamic team that works on configuring, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions for clients. Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Configuration & Customization: Assist in configuring and customizing Salesforce applications, including workflows, objects Salesforce Application Development & Customization: Develop, configure according to client requirements Data Management: Work on data management, reports, dashboards, and integration tasks Training: Engage in internal training to stay updated on Salesforce tools and best practices Live Project & Client Collaboration: Gain hands-on experience in live projects, work with clients to gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success

Requirements

Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of programming (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL) and strong problem-solving skills Eagerness to Learn: Passion for learning Salesforce technologies and willingness to pursue relevant certifications Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to interact with team members and clients, and explain technical concepts clearly Attention to Detail: Careful attention to detail, especially with configurations, data management, and customizations Team-Oriented & Adaptable: Ability to collaborate in teams and adapt to fast-paced environments and changing client needs
