Job Summary:



We are seeking a skilled and proactive

Salesforce Developer / Technical Support Engineer

to design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions within the Salesforce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and development tools, with the ability to collaborate across teams including

Salesforce Administrators, IT, and Business Stakeholders

. The ideal candidate will support the expansion of our Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations with external systems such as

NetSuite

and

FieldAware

.

Key Responsibilities:



Design, develop, and deploy scalable and maintainable

Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC)

, and other custom features. Translate business requirements into technical solutions through

custom objects, workflows, validation rules, flows

, and more. Support daily operations by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Salesforce functionality, integrations, and performance. Collaborate with administrators and business stakeholders to implement new features and optimize existing functionality. Integrate Salesforce with third-party platforms (e.g.,

NetSuite

,

FieldAware

, REST/SOAP APIs). Participate in the full software development lifecycle including

requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing, and deployment

. Ensure code and configuration meet best practices for

security, scalability, and maintainability

. Maintain documentation of customizations, processes, and technical specifications.

Required Skills & Experience:



3-5 years of hands-on experience as a

Salesforce Developer

. Strong proficiency in

Apex (classes, triggers), SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura)

. Experience with

Salesforce API integration

(REST, SOAP) and external systems. Familiarity with

Salesforce data model

, object relationships, and platform limits. Experience using

Version Control (e.g., Git)

and deployment tools like

Change Sets, ANT, or Salesforce DX

. Good understanding of

technical support workflows

, issue diagnosis, and resolution in a CRM environment. Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.

Nice to Have:



Salesforce certifications (e.g.,

Platform Developer I/II

,

App Builder

). Experience with integration tools such as

MuleSoft

,

Dell Boomi

, or

Zapier

. Exposure to

CI/CD processes

, Agile development, and tools like

Jira

or

ServiceNow

. Knowledge of working with

NetSuite APIs

or FieldAware integration points is a plus.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

,

Information Technology

, or a related field.
