Senior Salesforce Developer -

Core Responsibilities

Solution Design & Development:

Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions across

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud

.

Technical Translation:

Convert complex business requirements into robust technical designs following Salesforce best practices.

Custom Development:

Build and optimize

Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and Flows

.

Integrations:

Connect Salesforce with external systems via

REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica), or Platform Events

.

Code Quality:

Ensure high-quality code with unit tests (75%+ coverage), peer reviews, and compliance with coding standards.

DevOps & Release Management:

Maintain CI/CD pipelines using

Copado, DevOps Center, or GitHub Actions

, and manage version control (Git/Bitbucket).

Collaboration:

Work closely with Product Managers, Admins, and Engineering Managers to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Mentorship:

Guide junior developers and perform technical code reviews.

Performance & Troubleshooting:

Optimize system performance, manage governor limits, and resolve production issues efficiently.

Integrations

REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, External Services Middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica preferred)

DevOps & Tools

CI/CD (Copado, Salesforce DevOps Center, GitHub Actions, or equivalent) Version control using Git, Bitbucket, or GitHub

Data Management

Data Loader, ETL tools Data governance, bulk API operations, performance tuning

Testing & Quality

Minimum 75% code coverage with Apex tests Familiarity with

ApexMocks

or other testing frameworks

Architecture & Security

Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, sharing & security model Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations with complex data models

Experience Requirements

5+ years of

hands-on Salesforce development experience

Exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Experience) Experience in

enterprise-scale projects

with integrations and complex data relationships

Must-Have Certifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer II (required) Salesforce Platform App Builder (preferred)

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with

Data Warehousing Solutions

(AWS Redshift, Snowflake) Knowledge of

React or Angular

for hybrid front-end development

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
