Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Salesforce Architect

with a strong background in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, including at least 3 years in an architect role. A deep understanding of

system integrations

,

data architecture

, and

duplicate management strategies

is essential. You will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other architects to design solutions that align with business goals and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and architect

end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to define system

architecture, integration patterns, and data flows

. Lead and oversee the implementation of complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (e.g., Mule Soft, Dell Boomi), and ETL tools. Drive best practices around

data quality

,

duplicate management

, and

data governance

within Salesforce. Defining scalable and secure architecture that supports high data volumes and complex business processes. Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce platform capabilities. Provide guidance on platform limits, performance tuning, and security compliance. Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators to align with architectural standards. Contribute to architectural reviews, technical documentation, and solution workshops.

Required Qualifications:

8+ years of total Salesforce experience

, including configuration, customization, and development. Minimum 3 years in a

Salesforce Architect

role with proven leadership in solution design. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform including Apex, Lightning, Flows, SOQL, and data model. Hands-on experience with

integration design

using APIs, middleware, or other external systems. Exposure to and experience in

duplicate record management

strategies (Matching Rules, Duplicate Rules, deduplication tools like Demand Tools, Cloudingo, etc.). Experience with

data migrations, sandbox strategy, and CI/CD tools.

Salesforce certifications such as

Application Architect

,

System Architect

, or

Certified Technical Architect (CTA)

- preferred.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, or Industry-specific Salesforce implementations. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or AutoRabit.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to lead technical discussions and influence design decisions.
