Provide technical support for a highly complex solution, enabling users to perform critical healthcare functions
Monitor automated jobs, perform data remediation, and execute preventive maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations
Investigate and resolve tickets by replicating issues, conducting root cause analysis and utilizing debugging skills
Collaborate with the product team to propose design or code improvements to address recurring incidents and service requests
Communicate with and manage clients and stakeholders
Proficiency in Lightning Component Development and Lightning Web Components
Good understanding of REST API - generate JSON format API output, Web Services (WSDL) and other Integration aspects are desirable.
Maintain developer documentation for the new API's to encourage adoption and best practices
Understanding & work experience in Integrating salesforce.com application with external applications.
Should have good work experience in Reports and Dashboards.
Functional competencies
Good communication skills. Must be able to manage interactions with various stake holders across multiple countries.
