The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.Roles & Responsibilities:Design and implement technical solutions using Salesforce platform features, including Apex classes/triggers, Lightning components (Aura/LWC), Visualforce pages, and Process Builder.Customize standard objects and create custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, or middleware platforms.Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.Participate in code reviews and adhere to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs.Maintain clear documentation and provide support for deployments and testing.Stay updated with Salesforce releases and new features.Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of experience working as a Salesforce Developer.Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, test classes) and SOQL/SOSL.Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and/or Aura Components.Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.Understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules).Experience with version control tools like Git and deployment tools like Change Sets, ANT, or Salesforce DX.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
