Seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop and implement Salesforce solutions to solve business needs. This role involves collaborating with internal business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver impactful CRM solutions for Fundwell, drive user adoption, and ensure best practices in Salesforce architecture.

How You'll Make An Impact

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand technical requirements, develop solutions and implement the deliverables. To rigorously follow the agile SDLC model with Jira. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations / flows etc including performance optimization and error handling. To provide rapid hotfix support in the event of urgent production issues. To develop and maintain high quality technical documentation.

What Sets You Apart

3+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong understanding of Salesforce Flows. Strong experience on developing multi-layered LWCs. Design and develop custom integrations between Salesforce and external systems. Provide expert guidance on Salesforce products, with a focus on Sales Cloud. Strong in handling complex asynchronous Apex operations. Expert in data management with complex data models ensuring compliance and data integrity. Strong experience with CI/CD. Knowledge of GearSet is a plus. Strong experience in Salesforce Reports and Dashboards. Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
