Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer with hands-on expertise in Copado to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Salesforce deployments, version control, and CI/CD processes, leveraging Copado to streamline release management and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end release processes using Copado in a multi-org Salesforce environment.
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado, integrating with tools like Git, Jira, Jenkins, etc.
Oversee branching strategies, version control, and code promotions across sandboxes and production.
Collaborate with developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders to coordinate release schedules.
Troubleshoot deployment issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive solutions.
Maintain and enhance Copado configurations, custom jobs, and automated quality checks.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce DevOps best practices.
Provide training and support on Copado usage to internal teams.
