Translate functional requirements into technical requirements.
r Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
r Ensure the best possible quality of the application.
r Support the Salesforce COE Support & Development team to implement a tailored and scalable Salesforce solution.
r Take ownership of project work and developing client relationships (Should be a confident self-starter).
r Identify bugs and align with requirements during debugging.
r Test bug fixes to make sure they work as per requirements, then deploy them to production.
r Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.
r Serve as mentor to less-experienced developers.
r Both process and technically oriented, understanding business implications of technical choices.
r Development and implementation of programming interfaces and custom integrations from a variety of different app-exchange modules within the Salesforce com.
