Hiring for Salesforce Developer - Hyderabad
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and integrations with third-party systems. This role requires strong technical acumen, problem-solving ability, and effective communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Admins, Architects, Business Analysts) to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
Perform unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications.
Implement and manage workflows, validation rules, process builders, and flows.
Deploy metadata using change sets, ANT, or CI/CD pipelines.
Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend new features or optimizations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura components.
Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Copado, Jenkins).
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required.
