  • Hands-On experience of working 3+ years with Salesforce as a developer.
  • Experience with Integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Able to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with Apex and Visualforce.
  • Experience with Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows.
  • Experience with Lightning web components, Lightning platform.
  • Experience with one or more of CPQ, Sales, Service Cloud.
  • Experience with CI/CD and Deployment tools. (ie Copado).
  • Experience with providing technical solutions and supporting documentation.
  • Testing and debugging apex code, ensuring quality and performance of the Salesforce application.
Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Experience with Experience Cloud.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills on these platforms
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial markets are desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle own work and multitask to meet tight deadlines without losing sight of priorities under minimum supervision.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a positive & pro-active attitude to work.
  • Customer and service focused, with determination to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Be driven and committed to the goals and objectives of the team and organization.
  • Relevant DevOps certifications.
Education and Professional Skills
  • Professional qualification or equivalent.
  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or STEM degree (Desirable).
  • Solid English reading/writing capability required.
  • Good communication & articulation skills.
  • Technical enthusiast that is curious about new technologies and tools, creative thinking and initiative taking.
Detailed Responsibilities
  • Work with global teams in UK, US, APAC areas.
  • Collaborate closely with business team, business analyst, project managers, and other teams to understand project goals, requirements, and deliverables.
  • Develop high quality solutions on the Salesforce platform in line with business requirements.
  • Perform development activities such as system design, software development etc.
  • Support of operational activities.
  • Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous enhancement of development processes.
  • Collaborate with administrators and integration teams to design and implement seamless integrations with other systems.
  • Support issue investigation, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
