About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

Key Responsibilities

? Design, develop, test, and deploy customised solutions on the Salesforce platform. ? Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions. ? Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual-force pages, and Flows. ? Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or other integration tools. ? Maintain and optimise Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules. ? ?Collaborate with Business Analysts, Admins, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. ? Perform code reviews, debugging, and unit testing. ? Stay updated with Salesforce releases and recommend best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). ? 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (experience may vary based on level). ? ?Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC). ? ?Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, flows). ? Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc. is a plus). ? Knowledge of software development best practices (Agile, version control, CI/CD). ? ?Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required (Developer II or other Salesforce certifications preferred).

Good to Have

? Experience with Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products. ? ?Exposure to DevOps tools like Git, Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins. ? Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
