How You Will Contribute
As a Salesforce Developer, you will report to the Salesforce Engineering Manager and play a key role in building and enhancing our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for delivering scalable, reusable, and secure solutions using a combination of out-of-the-box features and custom development.
Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWC). Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and recommend best-fit solutions prioritizing clicks over code. Maintain clean, extensible code with a strong focus on reusability, scalability, and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Participate in regular sprint planning, stand-ups, and progress tracking using tools like JIRA, Bitbucket, and GitHub. Provide occasional on-call support for incident management and troubleshooting.

The Must HavesEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Technical Skills: + Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Flows.
+ Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features including @wire, LDS, LMS, Platform Events, and @invocable methods.
+ Experience with asynchronous processing, REST/Bulk APIs, and governor limits.
+ Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD pipelines.
+ Solid understanding of object-oriented and functional programming principles.


AssetsSalesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Platform App Builder, or Architect track. Experience with Mulesoft and integration patterns. Exposure to multiple Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Experience). Knowledge of enterprise design patterns and large org management. Passion for learning new technologies and improving development workflows.
