JD for Salesforce
Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
In-depth knowledge and implementation experience of Salesforce Service Cloud.
Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration.
Experience with integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs.
Work closely with Salesforce developers and administrators to design solutions, configure Salesforce CRM modules, and customize features based on
business requirements.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Experience, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) functionalities.
Support post-implementation activities, such as data migration, integration testing, and production support.
Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, data models, system configurations, and user guides.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog, sprint planning, and release management activities using Azure DevOps (ADO) tools.
Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate user training and adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as needed.
Good understanding of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization.
Experience working with offshore/onshore delivery models.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
