We are looking for a
Salesforce Delivery Lead - CRM Transformation
to drive the successful execution of Salesforce-driven business initiatives. This role goes beyond traditional project management--it requires ownership of delivery outcomes, strong business alignment, and the ability to orchestrate teams, timelines, and stakeholders to ensure Salesforce solutions create real operational impact.
You will act as the central execution anchor across business, technology, and external partners, ensuring Salesforce programs are delivered with speed, quality, and measurable value in an Agile delivery model.
What You'll Own
Salesforce Program & Delivery Ownership
Take end-to-end accountability for Salesforce initiatives, from demand intake through release and adoption
Translate business priorities into executable delivery plans with clear milestones and success metrics
Ensure Salesforce implementations and enhancements are aligned with strategic business outcomes
Agile Execution & Team Leadership
Drive Agile delivery across Salesforce workstreams, ensuring predictable sprint execution and release cycles
Facilitate Agile operating rhythms including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives
Enable delivery teams by removing blockers, managing dependencies, and maintaining execution velocity
Stakeholder & Business Partnership
Act as the primary delivery partner for business leaders, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and trade-offs
Balance competing priorities across business units, IT, vendors, and leadership
Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes with confidence and transparency
Governance, Risk & Quality Control
Establish delivery governance frameworks to manage scope, change, and quality
Proactively identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans before issues escalate
Ensure Salesforce best practices, security standards, and quality benchmarks are followed
Cross-Team Coordination
Work closely with Salesforce developers, architects, admins, and QA teams to align execution with design intent
Coordinate with external partners and system integrators where applicable
Support integration initiatives involving third-party platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems
Ideal Candidate Profile
Core Experience
5-11 years of professional experience, with
at least 3+ years leading Salesforce-focused delivery or programs
Proven track record delivering Salesforce solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom CRM platforms
Hands-on experience running Agile delivery models in fast-paced environments
Delivery & Leadership Skills
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive outcomes, not just manage tasks
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior business and technical leaders
Highly organized, structured, and comfortable managing multiple parallel initiatives
Tools & Methodologies
Deep familiarity with Agile / Scrum frameworks
Experience using delivery and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar
Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, dependency management, and delivery constraints
Certifications (Good to Have)
Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, PRINCE2, or Salesforce-related certifications
Experience delivering large-scale CRM or enterprise transformation programs
