cross-cloud expertise within the Salesforce ecosystem
and demonstrate the ability to design, implement, and optimize enterprise-grade customer data solutions that drive business value across marketing, sales, service, and experience channels. You will be responsible for building
data pipelines, unification processes, identity resolution frameworks, and activation strategies
that enable a true 360-degree view of the customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Salesforce Data Cloud Implementation & Management:
Design, configure, and maintain
Salesforce Data Cloud solutions
, including the ingestion of data from multiple source systems (Salesforce clouds, third-party platforms, on-premise systems).
Build and maintain
data models, identity resolution rules, and harmonization processes
to deliver accurate and unified customer profiles.
Develop and manage
real-time and batch data ingestion pipelines
using Salesforce-native connectors, APIs, and external ETL tools.
Data Integration & Cross-Cloud Collaboration:
Work with
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and MuleSoft teams
to ensure seamless end-to-end data flow and consistency across the Salesforce ecosystem.
Develop
cross-cloud data strategies
to support personalized customer journeys, segmentation, and actionable insights across platforms.
Collaborate with data architects, business analysts, and Salesforce administrators to ensure
integrated system designs
meet data and process requirements.
Data Governance & Quality:
Implement
data governance standards, privacy controls, and security protocols
in alignment with regulatory and internal compliance policies.
Monitor
data quality, lineage, and integrity
, ensuring data within the Data Cloud remains accurate, complete, and current.
Create
alerting and monitoring mechanisms
for critical data flow and performance metrics.
Solution Optimization & Troubleshooting:
Continuously optimize data pipelines, processing times, and storage utilization to improve system performance.
Lead
root cause analysis and issue resolution
related to data ingestion failures, identity stitching errors, and cross-platform data discrepancies.
Stay current with Salesforce product releases, Data Cloud enhancements, and best practices to maximize platform capabilities.
Documentation & Stakeholder Communication:
Develop detailed
technical documentation, data flow diagrams, and solution design documents
.
Provide
training, demos, and technical support
to internal teams on Data Cloud functionalities and processes.
Work in Agile/Scrum teams and effectively communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of hands-on experience
working with
Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP
, including experience with:
Data ingestion and transformation
Identity resolution and customer profile unification
Data harmonization across sources
Strong working knowledge of
Salesforce multi-cloud architecture

Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Platform.
Proficient in
data integration techniques

Salesforce Connect, MuleSoft, APIs (REST/SOAP), External Data Sources, Streaming Events, ETL tools.
Experience with
real-time and batch data processing pipelines

Proficiency in
SQL, JSON, and data query languages
for data validation and manipulation.
Solid understanding of
data privacy, security protocols, and regulatory frameworks
(GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
Ability to create
complex data mappings and transformations
for multi-source customer data.
Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent

Preferred Qualifications:
Salesforce certifications:
Salesforce Data Cloud Accredited Professional
Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or relevant certifications.
Experience with
Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
outside Salesforce is a plus.
Exposure to
cloud-native technologies
(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and big data platforms.
Familiarity with
data visualization tools
such as Tableau, CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics), or Power BI.
Experience working in
Agile/Scrum methodologies
with cross-functional teams.
