Key Responsibilities
Support configuration of data ingestion pipelines, transformations, and harmonization rules
Build and maintain Data Cloud data models (DLO, DMO, DSO)
Assist with identity resolution, deduplication, and consent management logic
Create, test, and validate Calculated Insights (CIs) and audience segments
Support POCs, solution testing, and documentation for data flow validation
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Data Engineering teams to enable unified customer profiles Required Skills & Experience
1 4 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or data-focused roles
Foundational understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud concepts (ingestion, modeling, segmentation)
Strong knowledge of relational data concepts (joins, mappings, normalization)
Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM integrations
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn data architecture fundamentals Good to Have
Salesforce certification: Data Cloud Consultant or Marketing Cloud
Exposure to other CDP platforms (Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Treasure Data, etc.)
Working knowledge of SQL and analytics tools such as Tableau or CRM Analytics
