Your Role

Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, experience with customization and configuration, and excellent communication and project management skills
Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design customized Salesforce solutions
Configure and customize the Salesforce platform, including creating custom fields, workflows, and reports
Develop and execute test plans and user acceptance testing
Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
Knowledge of other CRM platforms, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle CRM
Decompose High Level Requirements into Functional Requirements and User Stories.
Collaborate with business stakeholders for Requirement validation and documentation.
Drives Requirement review and rationalization
sessions with architects.

Ability to research and analyze Industry reports, Capgemini PoV/White Papers, and industry best practices them for solving Client problem.
Degree from a premier institution with business, technical or information technology
orientation
In-depth understanding and experience of
Salesforce CRM-sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CPQ
Sales and marketing measurement
Customer Relationship Management
Customer Journeys and Lifecycle
Salesforce Certified in one or more- Admin, Sales cloud, Service cloud or Marketing cloud
Demonstrate high reliability,
team spirit and a cultural fit for a leading global consulting firm.
