At least 2 years\' direct experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, preferably in a CRM/data role. Strong analytical skills. Ability to document processes and procedures clearly, concisely, and for a range of target audiences, in appropriate and correct written English. Desirable: Experience with HubSpot/Marketing CRMs. Experience in data analysis and data cleansing (using advanced features of MS Excel, such as filters, macros, embedded formulas, conditional formatting, graphical output, etc) Basic familiarity with HTML/technical coding (desirable)
