Job Summary CPQ Developer / Lead
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ projects
- Salesforce Developer and CPQ certifications required
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions
- Proven track record with 1-3+ full-cycle CPQ and Billing implementations
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CPQ Cloud, including quoting, pricing bundles, and workflows
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration: pages, tabs, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, approvals, security, custom objects/fields, reports/dashboards, and Lightning UI
- Proficient in Apex programming, custom app development, LWC, and Lightning Experience
- Experience following Salesforce best practices
- Skilled in design, prototyping, development, configuration, testing, and implementation activities
- Able to perform gap analysis and prepare as-is/to-be process documentation
- Capable of leading distributed teams in solution architecture and development
- Adept at analyzing complex issues and collaborating across multiple technical/functional teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences
- Experience with upstream/downstream processes related to CPQ (MDM, Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, Booking) is a plus
- Client interaction experience is an advantage
