Gather and analyze business requirements for quoting, pricing, approvals, renewals, and contracts.
Design, configure, and maintain Salesforce CPQ, including:
Product and bundle configurations
Pricing and discount rules
Quote templates and document generation
Contract lifecycle management
Work closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to streamline CPQ processes.
Build workflows, approval processes, and validation rules in Salesforce.
Support and enhance integrations between Salesforce CPQ and ERP/Billing systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues and ensure data quality.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support.
Collaborate with developers for any Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning customizations.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
5+ years of Salesforce experience
, with
3+ years focused on Salesforce CPQ.
Hands-on expertise in CPQ features such as product setup, pricing, quoting, and contract management.
Strong understanding of Salesforce administration (objects, workflows, reports, dashboards).
Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with ERP or Billing systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Salesforce

Administrator Certification
preferred.
Knowledge of DocuSign, Conga, or other document generation tools.
Experience in SaaS or subscription-based business models.
Familiarity with Agile methodology and tools like Jira or Confluence.
