Job Title: SALESFORCE (Core) Lead
Location: Onsite at any Capgemini Location-Pan India
Duration: Fulltime
Responsibility
o Offshore technical lead
o Manage technical project team members (offshore).
o Resource allocation and work prioritization, effort estimations with respect to delivering as per agreed timelines, guiding developers with technical solutions and best practices
o Collaborate closely with onshore team members to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements:
o Management/Personal:
Minimum 8+ years of Salesforce projects execution with at least 3+ years in lead role.
Systems design experience, with the ability to design or explain complex systems interactions including data flows, common interfaces, APIs and other methods.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills to speak and present to the client.
o Salesforce
Experience in Sales cloud (Telco domain preferred)
Proven experience with APEX and LWC (3 years exp). Writing SOQL queries and optimization.
Flows, configuration and admin
Git and Deployment (SFDX)
Sound knowledge of data access and sharing rules (security model)
Experience with common integration patterns used between legacy systems to integrate with Salesforce platform.
Certifications preferred: PD1, PD2
o Vlocity (SFI)
Experience in Omni Studio (Omniscripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures) (Required)
Experience in Communications cloud (Required)
Knowledge in Vlocity (SFI) CPQ (Required)
