We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Consultant with strong experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to join our team. This role focuses on delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions in a client-facing, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to Salesforce FSC implementations, ensuring timely and successful delivery
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders to produce solution design documentation
Configure and customize Salesforce applications in line with project goals
Ensure data integrity, security, and platform best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce platform
Support testing, training, and deployment activities
Work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce features and updates
Key Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
5+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC implementations
Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory)
Strong documentation and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
Team player with a proactive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a consulting environment
Exposure to other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Commerce Cloud, Health Cloud)
Advanced Salesforce certifications
