Key Responsibilities Testing & Quality Assurance Perform end-to-end functional testing of Salesforce CG Cloud features: o Retail Execution o Visits & Activities o Orders, Inventory, and Promotions Validate Salesforce configurations including: o Objects, fields, page layouts o Flows, validation rules o Permission sets and profiles Execute System Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, and UAT support Test mobile functionality (Salesforce Mobile App / CG Cloud Mobile) including offline/online sync Business & Data Validation Understand consumer goods business processes: o Route-to-market o Store visits o Merchandising o Trade promotions Validate data flows between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Order Management, Inventory) Verify pricing, discounts, promotions, and visit execution accuracy Test Management Analyze requirements and prepare: o Test scenarios o Test cases o Test data Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects Log, track, and retest defects using tools like JIRA / Azure DevOps Provide daily/weekly test status reports and defect metrics Collaboration Work closely with: o Business users o Salesforce developers o Product owners Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production readiness activities Required Skills & Experience Mandatory 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Testing Hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud Strong knowledge of: o Salesforce data model o Sales Cloud basics o Flows and validation rules Experience testing mobile applications (iOS / Android) Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodology Good to Have Experience with Trade Promotion Management (TPM) Knowledge of Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) Experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, Tosca optional) Salesforce Certification (Admin / QA / CG Cloud) preferred
