Job Summary (List Format) Business Analyst (Salesforce Sales Cloud), TechM Noida NSEZ
- Serve as a Business Analyst with 7 10 years of experience, specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud implementations.
- Analyze, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions, focusing on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present analysis findings.
- Create and maintain project documentation such as business requirements documents, use cases, and process flows.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure correct implementation of business requirements.
- Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist in solution deployment.
- Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce Sales Cloud features.
- Monitor project progress, regularly updating stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Apply strong knowledge of enterprise risk management, regulatory, and insurance policies.
- Utilize excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Leverage experience with project management and (preferably) Agile methodologies.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- Willingness to relocate to Qatar as part of the assignment.
