Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and architects to design scalable and effective solutions.
Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user story creation for Salesforce projects.
Create and maintain business process flows, wireframes, use cases, and user stories in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Perform gap analysis to identify opportunities for Salesforce improvements or new functionalities.
Support data migration, system integration, and UAT activities.
Assist in change management, training, and adoption of Salesforce solutions across teams.
Develop test cases, support system testing, and validate that solutions meet business needs.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Salesforce applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2-3 years working specifically on Salesforce projects.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud (experience with multiple clouds preferred).
Proficiency in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
Experience with Agile/Scrum project delivery frameworks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and configuration capabilities.
Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst certification.
Experience with third-party Salesforce integrations and AppExchange apps.
Exposure to CPQ, Field Service, or Experience Cloud is a plus.
Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Service, or Marketing domains.
